DIZ-EKO d.o.o. company, with headquarters in Zagreb, Božidarevićeva 9, was registered on
April 22nd, 2005. for commerce and extension) of services, and from April 12th, 2007. it is engaged in services of humanitarian demining. Owners of the company are Croatian defenders. |

Currently, DIZ-EKO d.o.o. has 38 employees and is structured into three organizational units : administration, demining section and logistic support section. In the demining section, there are currently 25 pirotechnicians, which are divided into three groups. Both groups are led by trained and highly experienced employees. All jobs at a are organized by a workplace manager. |

| Beside pyrotechnicians in the company, as a support to fundamental demining service, we have formed a logistic support section. This section consists of a 3 machine operator and a 2 medical personnel team (doctor, nurse and driver). All pyrotechnicians and assistant employees have completed training and passed exams for the work they do in demining. Most of the company’s employees are Croatian defenders. |

| Considering that demining services have their time limitations, and that company’s goal is a long term presence on the market, the company has started certain business activities in the commerce and industry selling UBS sections. DIZ-EKO d.o.o. wishes to achieve its business goals through continuous investment in training of personnel, as well as through equipping and modernization of existing capacities. That way DIZ-EKO d.o.o. is trying to define its development strategy in which it will constantly raise the quality of its services and recognize future business challenges on time. |
